Avalere Health is looking for a Project Manager with specialized experience in the pharmaceutical industry and rare disease. You will be responsible for managing client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the pharma and rare disease space
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to meet client and agency objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including account, creative, medical, and regulatory
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a pharmaceutical marketing agency or consultancy
- Direct experience with projects focused on rare disease therapeutics
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review processes, and industry compliance
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with standard project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in or near one of our hub cities: Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY, Washington DC, Chicago, IL, or Toronto, ON.
