Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project technical lead and senior leadership to guide project direction and enhance overall impact.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while fostering strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Design research strategies, define expected outputs, and implement project management systems, including progress tracking and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, external consultants, and partner organizations to ensure high-quality results.
- Partner with open-source researchers and remote sensing specialists to create advanced technical methods for data gathering, validation, and analysis.
- Monitor and document project activities and outcomes to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Lead risk management efforts by identifying, evaluating, and addressing potential project risks.
- Prepare financial projections, supervise spending, and ensure timely and precise financial reporting.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies on data privacy, cybersecurity, anti-corruption, safeguarding, conflict sensitivity, and ethical conduct.
