Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities in designated districts and partner organizations, ensuring consistency with organizational strategy and national education goals.
  • Monitor progress relative to work plans, budgets, and performance indicators, identifying risks and delays early and recommending corrective steps.
  • Liaise with government education authorities, implementation partners, and internal departments to enable seamless delivery of activities at national and local levels.
  • Lead the creation of implementation tools, training guides, and operational manuals to support effective program delivery.
  • Oversee and coordinate the execution of all program components to ensure timely achievement of intended results.
  • Conduct research to guide program adjustments and share findings with key stakeholders.
  • Organize, record, and track outcomes from monthly project accountability sessions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow to the Executive Director to enhance coordination and operational effectiveness.
  • Represent the Executive Director in coordinating with internal and external parties to align priorities and ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Arrange and manage meeting schedules for the Executive Director, including preparing agendas and distributing materials.
  • Support the Executive Director in managing high-priority initiatives by tracking action items, deadlines, and progress across teams.
  • Assist in promoting digital collaboration tools to improve team productivity and support remote, asynchronous workflows.
  • Carry out diverse administrative, organizational, and documentation tasks to aid the Executive Director in managing country-level operations.
  • Produce detailed quarterly reports to inform leadership decisions and performance reviews.
  • Engage in donor review sessions, presenting project achievements, challenges, and solutions implemented.
  • Monitor adherence to donor regulations and ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
  • Assist in preparing for board meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling materials, and tracking action item follow-ups.
