Windsor Path, LLC is looking for a Project Manager, Integration Specialist to play a central role in shaping and executing the post-close integration of new member firms. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for a results-driven builder who will assess initial capabilities, design comprehensive integration roadmaps, and drive execution during the critical first three to six months post-close.
What You'll Do

- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, align diverse stakeholders, communicate objectives clearly, and deliver against defined timelines.
- Continuously refine and expand Windsor Path’s integration playbook to enable a faster, more consistent experience.
- Navigate the human side of change with empathy and effectiveness, remaining attuned to the needs of firm partners, staff, and clients.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the founders, helping shape and strengthen integration strategy and capabilities.
- Own the definition of scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks by assessing projects, building execution plans, and establishing clear timelines and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- 3–7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a related field, ideally within professional services or a high-growth environment.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects start to finish.
- Ability to manage multiple integrations or initiatives in parallel while operating in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and deliver results.
- Enjoy tackling new problems and operating against moving targets, using creativity and structure to find effective solutions.
- Thrive in environments where priorities evolve and no two days look the same.
- Operate with a high degree of accountability, set and manage deadlines effectively, and are comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to synthesize complex information into clear insights and next steps.
- Comfortable working in Excel and performing quantitative analysis.
- Communicate clearly and can distill complex ideas into simple, actionable messages for diverse audiences.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in an M&A-intensive business – particularly leading or supporting post-acquisition integrations.
- Tech-fluent and comfortable navigating technology stacks.
- Prior experience using project management tools to track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
