Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with leadership to design and implement customized integration strategies for incoming firms.
- Oversee concurrent projects, align stakeholders across functions, and ensure clear communication and on-time delivery of objectives.
- Apply integration frameworks across technology, HR, marketing, compliance, and strategic planning domains.
- Enhance and evolve the organization’s integration methodology to improve speed and consistency.
- Create standardized tools, templates, and workflows that support scalability and repeatability.
- Lead change management efforts with emotional intelligence and practical effectiveness.
- Stay responsive to the needs of partners, employees, clients, and the distinct culture of each firm.
- Gain in-depth insight into each firm’s operations to tailor integration approaches appropriately.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership as a founding team member.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of integration strategy and capabilities for sustained success.
- Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks by analyzing requirements and building actionable plans.
Compensation
Competitive base salary based on experience, along with performance-linked incentives.
Work Arrangement
Remote position with periodic travel to support member firms.
Team
High-autonomy, high-impact role; one of the first team members reporting directly to the founders.
