Mae Health, Inc seeks a Project Manager (Integrated Systems) to manage key accounts and the full client lifecycle from proposal to post-installation. This role consists of 70% project management and 30% account management, acting as the primary point of contact between the company and the client.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including national accounts.
- Work with sales strategies, promotional plans, and pricing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Take incoming proposal requests from clients, build proposals, get proposals signed, and manage the project after signature.
- Order equipment, locate and assign work to a national subcontractor, and be the main POC for the sub, client, and corporate contacts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and engineering, and attend industry events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
- Provide daily and weekly updates to client stakeholders.
- Act as PM for all national projects, including end-to-end project management and managing remote resources.
- Assist with the installation of hardware and deployment of services.
- Act as the point person for client training post-installation.
- Act as POC for all national account stakeholders pre and post-sale.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5+ years of project management experience for national, franchise, or multi-site projects.
- Experience/knowledge in construction, low-voltage cabling deployments, security projects (Access control and CCTV installations), and VoIP deployments.
- Proven experience in proposal management for clients.
- Process-driven with proven experience managing the entire project lifecycle.
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous concurrent priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Exceptionally well organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with the use of CRM, preferably Zoho, and design software.
- Highly collaborative team player able to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism including confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup-like environment.
Nice to Have

- BA/BSc degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
