HENSOLDT seeks a Project Manager for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to lead the delivery and support of our ground-based radar systems. You will be responsible for guiding cross-departmental ILS teams to fulfill product delivery projects and for creating forward-thinking In Service Support concepts.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-departmental ILS teams to fulfill delivery services, including reliability/maintainability analyses, technical documentation, training, and spare parts supply in national and international projects.
- Create innovative In Service Support concepts tailored to customer-specific requirements.
- Prepare bids for ILS projects as part of complex bid campaigns for radar systems or cross-product sensor solutions.
- Support the system architect in creating and revising product designs to ensure economical system maintainability.
- Perform ILS-related project management tasks in interdisciplinary product teams throughout the entire lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed university degree in engineering sciences, communication technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
- Openness for teamwork in an international and multicultural environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with both customers and contractors, internally and externally.
- Knowledge of common management tools such as MS Project and SAP.
- Fluency in German and negotiation-level English.
Nice to Have
- Experience and knowledge in Integrated Logistic Support.
- Experience and knowledge in ILS standards such as ASD S1000D, ASD S2000M, MIL-Std 1388, or ASD S3000L.
- Several years of project management experience.
