LVT is hiring a Project Manager II to own the planning, direction, and coordination of software implementation projects. This role is the primary client contact and manages all interactions between internal departments, clients, and vendors to ensure successful, on-budget, on-time delivery.
What You'll Do
- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close assigned projects.
- Assemble the project team, assign responsibilities, identify resources, and develop schedules.
- Act as a mentor to the project management team and assist with training new hires.
- Lead technical discussions between product and operations teams on process improvements.
- Drive and refine project management processes and methodologies.
- Manage the most challenging and large-scale projects with minimal supervision.
- Oversee a strategic portfolio, including high-revenue engagements.
- Maintain and identify new professional services tools to increase team productivity.
- May conduct one-on-one meetings with team members and provide support on escalations.
- May lead large group meetings on process and product, weekly team meetings, and create financial forecasts.
What We're Looking For
- B.A. or B.S. Degree with PMP and/or CSM certifications.
- 2-4 years of direct project management experience.
- Advanced skills in project management and implementation processes and methodologies, including PMBOK and SCRUM.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex teams and clients while mentoring and driving collaboration.
- Proven track record contributing to, creating, and implementing project management processes.
- Advanced experience deploying, configuring, and managing various PM tools for schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and forecasts.
