KristiesLab is hiring a Project Manager – Event and Exhibition Design

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of original themes and visual concepts in line with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Work directly with clients to define their vision, goals, and project requirements.
• Develop mood boards and conceptual materials that reflect project direction and client identity.
• Guide the creative team in producing 3D visualizations, technical drawings, and other key outputs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans covering schedule, budget, and staffing needs.
• Monitor project timelines and resource use to ensure efficient progress.
• Ensure all project phases are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and without budget overruns.
• Act as the main client liaison during all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Deliver consistent progress reports and respond to client feedback promptly.
• Adjust project plans as needed based on client input or changing requirements.
• Present final concepts clearly and professionally to secure client approval.
• Coordinate with designers, 3D artists, and technical staff to maintain project cohesion.
• Support seamless teamwork across creative and technical roles.
• Ensure all team members are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct final quality reviews of all project materials before client submission.
• Verify that completed designs fulfill client expectations and meet professional standards.
• Ensure all deliverables are accurate, polished, and production-ready.
