Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage project closeout processes, including final inspections and client handover.
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices and standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including scope, schedule, and cost management plans.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  • Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
