About the Role
The Project Manager will lead restoration projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to technical specifications while maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of building restoration projects from initiation to closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets and track expenditures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on all job sites
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges during construction
- Oversee field crews and ensure adherence to project plans
- Facilitate client meetings and manage expectations
- Maintain accurate project documentation

- Coordinate permits and regulatory approvals
- Support pre-construction planning and estimating
