Zerofy is looking for a Project Manager (B2B | Energy & Smart Home SaaS) to join our team. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role where you’ll coordinate with B2B customers, manage project timelines, and help ensure partner success — from onboarding to launch and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Manage onboarding and app launches for white-label partners (solar installers, utilities, OEMs)
- Coordinate shared project boards (Trello with partners, Jira internally) and follow up on deliverables
- Organize and lead recurring partner check-ins, follow-ups, and documentation
- Track tasks and dependencies between external and internal teams
- Help define smooth communication workflows tailored to each partner (Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Support internal coordination with product, engineering, and design
- Assist with onboarding OEM/API partners (documentation, access, testing)
- Occasionally communicate with end-users during early-stage launches
- Contribute to operational and project management tasks across the company
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, customer success, or operations
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Highly organized, reliable, and communicative — you keep people and tasks aligned
- Experience with collaboration tools like Trello, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Confident working across technical and non-technical teams
- Able to drive progress independently and proactively follow up on open items
- Based in Germany or Estonia (preferred), or willing to work EU-friendly hours
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, customer success, or operations preferred
- Interest in climate tech, smart home systems, or the energy sector
