Rillet is seeking a Growth Lead, Advertising to be pivotal in driving the strategies that fuel our Advertising revenue. You will craft and execute a global growth strategy aligned with Go-To-Market objectives, leveraging data and cross-functional partnerships to optimize performance across the entire customer journey.
What You'll Do
- Develop a global growth strategy aligned with a digital-first, PLG/PLS GTM approach.
- Lead planning, execution, and optimization of initiatives to increase customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Partner cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and keep teams in Product, Customer Success, and Sales aligned.
- Own planning, execution, and outcomes for Growth campaigns, including lifecycle emails, 1:1 nurtures, and in-app notifications.
- Run, measure, and optimize campaigns to improve conversion, activation, and upsell performance.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product to fine-tune messaging, targeting, and delivery.
- Design, operationalize, and maintain an end-to-end customer journey for Advertising, including subscription upgrades.
- Outline desired outcomes at each journey step, define success metrics, and prioritize self-service, digital touch-points, and strategic human intervention.
- Partner with RevOps to implement comprehensive tracking and measurement frameworks.
- Measure full funnel performance and adjust execution to achieve company goals.
- Use data and learnings to inform strategic adjustments and prioritize growth initiatives.
- Work closely with the VP/GM to align Growth efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on progress, metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with leaders across Revenue and other departments for full GTM alignment.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience growing Advertising businesses with a focus on PLG GTM.
- Proven ability to analyze and derive insights from data to measure GTM motions and digital campaign effectiveness.
- Highly effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator to drive strategic alignment and execution.
- Expertise in global growth marketing and strategic go-to-market solutions across customer segments.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the VP/GM and collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Product, Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps.
