Prosper is looking for a Sr. Product Analyst to be a key contributor to our product development lifecycle. You will translate data into insights that shape product direction and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define key metrics and success criteria
- Design and analyze experiments to evaluate the impact of new features
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and user behavior
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on product analytics experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Proven ability to design and interpret A/B tests and other statistical analyses
- Strong storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
