Responsibilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Develop detailed project Scope, Goals plans, timelines, Documentations and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Implement and monitor Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Maintain strong communication across teams and handle escalations.
- Ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and management.
- Review project documentation, technical specifications, and test plans for accuracy.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
- Drive process improvements and promote best practices in software project management.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, ClickUp, Trello, MS Project, Asana.
- Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
