Wipro seeks a Project Manager to drive revenue growth, process efficiency, and excellent customer experience within a key account. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for completing projects on time and within budget, acting as the primary interface between the customer and delivery teams for quality project deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily operations and personnel, ensure contract compliance, optimize resources, and develop capabilities within an account.
- Liaise with customers, vendor teams, and businesses/users to enhance project delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and get approval for Statements of Work (SoW) and plans for new Application Development projects.
- Plan effort/cost estimation and scheduling for new projects.
- Track project cost, schedule, and scope and conduct status reviews with the customer.
- Execute projects to customer-agreed timeline and budget.
- Ensure 100% adherence to SLAs for project delivery and adhere to KPIs agreed in customer contracts.
- Be responsible for Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and People Satisfaction (PSAT) scores on overall project delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in the Healthcare/Medicare Line of Business.
- Hands-on project management experience, including involvement in day-to-day operations.
- Extensive experience managing large IT J2EE applications using Agile, Incremental and Iterative, RUP & Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in Application Development, Maintenance, and Support projects.
- Hands-on experience with project estimating using Function Point, Task Based, and PERT.
- Expertise in customer management.
