Birlasoft is looking for a Technical Project Manager to support ongoing initiatives using Clarity PPM for capital budgeting, forecasting, and time booking. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, proposing solutions within the PPM platform, and coordinating changes to production while managing project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
What You'll Do
- Plan and implement projects based on Clarity PPM
- Provide Clarity PPM-related solutions to requests
- Help define scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and schedule project plans and timelines
- Monitor and manage tasks and deliverables to ensure execution to plan
- Develop estimates and manage the project budget
- Provide weekly reporting
- Collaborate and communicate with all project stakeholders
- Manage and ensure all required project documentation is created and stored
- Ensure planning, execution, and delivery are compliant with internal and external standards
- Manage the ADO (Azure DevOps) board, update items, and follow up on feature status
- Run all team meetings around ADO and delivery
- Create and manage change tickets for releases
- Run meetings relating to managing overall releases and priorities, take notes, and send minutes
- Work on communications and change management aspects, updating procedures and contributing to training
- Create an end-of-week report on the state of projects and work
- Assist with creating other decks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Overall 10+ years of professional experience
- Relevant 5+ years of experience in related roles
- Agile/Scrum Master experience
- Agile Project Manager experience
- Clarity PPM knowledge and experience
- Clarity Project implementation experience
- Experience managing projects and interacting with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Graduate qualification
