Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation of the Questica Budget System for the City
- Coordinate resources from City staff and external vendors to support project execution
- Manage all phases of the Questica Budget System rollout
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring technical viability
- Ensure timely delivery of all project components within defined scope and budget
- Oversee availability and assignment of project resources
- Develop a clear communication strategy to support project coordination
- Provide regular status updates and escalate critical issues to City or consultant leadership as required
- Produce and manage complete project documentation throughout the lifecycle
