Graham is looking for a Project Manager to join its Buildings Division, responsible for delivering construction projects valued up to $50M. You'll ensure schedule, cost, HSE & Quality, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through close-out.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, start-up, execution, and close-out
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestone dates
- Oversee the subcontracting process and procurement activities
- Implement and monitor HSE and Quality plans to meet corporate standards
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing project team
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience coordinating construction projects
- Experience with healthcare, airport, and institutional projects (e.g., recreation centres, schools)
- Knowledge of risk management, contract administration, and scheduling
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and using scheduling and project management software
Nice to Have
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $102,000 to $153,000 per annum
- Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
