What You'll Do
- Manage and support technical or customer projects, handling budget, time, resources, risks, and tasks.
- Participate in the presales phase and draft proposals for clients.
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for project delivery.
- Ensure technical excellence in documentation and deliverables.
- Integrate and set up processes for compliance, security, and business continuity.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our delivery processes.
- Explain complicated topics to audiences with different technical capabilities.
- Support business development with use-case analyses and client workshops.
- Build key relationships with stakeholders and customers.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of relevant IT experience, including 4+ years as a Project or Delivery Manager.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of software development and architecture.
- Previous experience on Blockchain/DLT projects and ability to drive pre-sales in this field.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and trends, ideally applied in hands-on project management.
- Knowledge of the financial sector (payments and capital markets).
- Business process modeling skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Coaching and mentoring ability.
