PORR Group is hiring a Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction contract activities. This role is central to ensuring work is executed according to schedule, managing budgets and costs, and continuously monitoring progress across our projects.

What You'll Do

Coordinate activities within the contract and ensure execution of construction works according to the schedule.
Establish and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with partners, clients, and the beneficiary.
Prepare the project budget, manage costs, and secure necessary resources for smooth operations.
Monitor progress against objectives and prepare monthly reports for the beneficiary, respecting deadlines.
Report achievements for the monthly settlement of on-site production, corresponding to recorded physical stages.
Prepare internal reports on performance, costs, and corrective measures.
Supervise work execution permanently to ensure compliance with all norms and regulations.

What We're Looking For

Completed higher education in the field of construction.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction execution.
Relevant experience in coordinating and leading a team.
Specific experience in managing design and execution projects, including FIDIC Yellow/HG1 types.
Very strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Excellent management and leadership capabilities.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project demands.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project) and AutoCAD.
