Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution across multiple departments
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones
- Coordinate resources and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and decisions
- Facilitate regular status meetings with project teams
- Communicate updates and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
- Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives
- Manage changes to project scope and communicate impacts
- Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to resolve blockers
- Drive adoption of project management best practices
- Support budget planning and tracking for assigned projects
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
Nice to Have
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Experience managing projects in a B2B software environment
- Knowledge of customer-facing technology platforms
- Background in marketing technology or data-driven products
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and data systems
