Responsibilities
- Lead multiple small to mid-sized integrated campaigns independently, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendor networks
- Show proficiency in guiding projects from initial client request through to completion
- Take full ownership of project timelines, including defining deliverables, allocating resources, estimating hours, and establishing workflows
- Collaborate across creative, strategic, and account functions to ensure high-quality outcomes, minimize risks, and prevent scope creep
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including scope definition, burn rate analysis, and future budget forecasting
- Direct internal team members on daily progress, milestones, and task completion
- Work alongside account leads to coordinate onboarding for new team members
- Assist in training teams on defined roles, standard processes, and documentation templates
