Honeywell is looking for a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist to ensure effective coordination of all activities associated with NPI project and transfer processes. In this role, you will be instrumental in meeting objectives while maintaining high quality standards, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Eng Manager.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate the efficient coordination of transfer, implementation, and improvement activities for both ongoing and new projects.
- Oversee ongoing and developed projects, ensuring their successful transfer to manufacturing by adhering to established timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate collaboration among various departments to address activities across all development stages.
- Ensure the seamless progression of assigned projects and maintain resource oversight with a focus on effective planning and scheduling within designated timeframes and cost parameters.
- Develop, coordinate and supervise the execution of all project phases to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, provide updates on progress, manage the project budget, and implement plans for production equipment and tools.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Electronics and/or Project Management.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Solid understanding of firmware development and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Strong financial analysis and budgeting capabilities.
- Effective communication skills for presenting ideas and strategic plans to executive leadership.
- Proficiency in English.
