At Schaeffler, we are looking for a Project Management Analyst (PMO) to play a pivotal role in our industrial digitalization journey. You will manage the complete portfolio of digital projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while driving the adoption of advanced technological solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage the complete portfolio of digital projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Conduct project governance, including schedules, risks, KPIs, budget, executive reporting, and lessons learned.
- Support the implementation of technological solutions using IoT, Big Data Analytics, Generative AI, Machine Learning applied to manufacturing, RPA and intelligent automation, Digital Twins, and industrial connectivity.
- Promote collaboration between Operations, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, Logistics, and Suppliers.
- Promote training, workshops, and Digital Upskilling content.
- Report results and specific KPIs to the responsible person for the Americas Region.
- Map technological trends and propose innovations applicable to the business.
- Act as a change agent, promoting technology adoption, digital culture, and continuous innovation.
- Support the implementation of disruptive technologies to elevate the maturity level in Industry 4.0 and Digitalization.
What We're Looking For
- Complete higher education in Information Technology and Data, Computer Engineering, or a related area.
- Experience in applying technologies: IoT, Big Data Analytics, RPA, Generative AI, Machine Learning applied to manufacturing, Digital Twins, and industrial connectivity.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in Robotics and Mechatronics.
- Knowledge in Project Management PMBOK.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Proficiency in LIBRAS (Brazilian Sign Language).
