Requirements
- Experience in Program Management in OEM/Tier 1/ESP environment
- Expertise in managing overall Chassis Program including Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Structural, Frames, Wheels, Tires, Mounts etc
- Experience in Vehicle Integration / Issue Resolution specifically in Chassis / Top-Hat zones
- Exposure to CAE Load cases applicable / Regulatory requirements etc
- Well versed in Vehicle Test Management (Component, Subsystem, Module & Vehicle Level)
- Exposure to Product development stages
- Experience in negotiating with Cross Functional Teams/ Front ending with Clients
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Very good communication skill
