Dana TM4 is looking for a Project Lead Purchasing to administer, monitor, and lead programs or projects for new OEM platforms, parts re-sourcing, product or process improvements, and process transfers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure successful on-time launches.
What You'll Do
- Validate the program or project scope.
- Develop the activity timeline for scope definition.
- Create the program or project schedule.
- Ensure compliance with quality and continuous improvement standards within the program.
- Direct the execution of work and monitor its progress.
- Coordinate effective communication across all levels.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Willingness and availability to travel.
- Must possess a passport and visa.
- Schedule flexibility.
Nice to Have
- Preferably a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, or Sales.
