Responsibilities
- Lead environmental assessment and cleanup initiatives from planning through execution
- Conduct in-depth technical evaluations as part of larger engineering and environmental efforts
- Oversee field operations and verify accurate analysis and reporting of results
- Deliver multiple projects on time and within defined budgets and timelines
- Prepare, edit, and finalize proposals, technical reports, and project documentation
- Support client acquisition, identify growth opportunities in current projects, and attend meetings to strengthen relationships
- Supervise and mentor early-career staff on environmental assignments, including involvement in recruitment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different office locations as needed
- Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, team members, and stakeholders
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

- LEED AP or PE certification
- Hazwoper training, maintenance of annual physical and respirator fit test, and annual 8-hr. Hazwoper re-certification
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as projects require
- Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing
