Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related engineering field
- Minimum of six years of professional experience in environmental projects
- Skilled in conducting environmental due diligence assessments
- Familiarity with technical and quantitative analysis methods and relevant software tools
- Completion of Hazwoper training, including annual physical and respirator fit testing, and 8-hour refresher certification
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations
- Strong public speaking and communication abilities, both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and client relationships, including budget development and staff coaching
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when project demands require
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid, active driver’s license
Nice to Have
- LEED Accredited Professional credential or Professional Engineer license
- Advanced degree in a relevant discipline

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. Certain roles may be eligible for overtime and participation in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 20 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of paid sick time and 10 paid holidays throughout the year. Eligibility and actual paid time off may vary based on local law and factors such as hours worked, related work experience and level.
