Responsibilities
- Lead project execution for the engineering team by serving as the technical liaison, process coordinator, and ensuring adherence to client standards and agile frameworks.
- Act as the principal technical contact between the engineering team and the client’s management to capture high-level project expectations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on matters related to client specifications and project requirements.
- Track project progress in collaboration with the client’s management to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.
- Evaluate service quality using daily client feedback to detect areas needing enhancement.
- Enforce compliance with all technical and procedural standards mandated by the client.
- Ensure all required training programs from both internal and client organizations are completed on schedule.
- Assess skill gaps and recommend technical and methodological training initiatives for team development.
- Secure timely availability of essential tools, software, and infrastructure needed for project delivery.
- Promote adoption of digital tools and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency and output quality.
- Notify the client of potential improvements in calibration and integration workflows.
- Track resource utilization metrics such as man-hours, workload imbalances, and team capacity.
- Take action to improve resource allocation and maximize team productivity.
