In this role, you’ll take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and documenting project phases while ensuring alignment with internal standards and timelines. You’ll act as the central technical contact, bridging departments and supporting clients through every stage of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of cross-border solid wood initiatives with a focus on precision and timeliness
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact across internal teams and customer stakeholders
- Participate in regular project meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving within the project group
- Ensure accurate documentation and execution in line with engineering and construction requirements
What You Bring
- Educational background in a wood-related technical field, such as HTL or FH in timber engineering or construction
- Proven experience in project coordination within the timber or building industry
- Fluency in English to support international collaboration
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in resilient, solution-oriented teams
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred Expertise
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Familiarity with DFMA principles, BIM workflows, and CAD tools
- Understanding of statics, building physics, and structural design concepts
