Lead and inspire a team of coating professionals in Greece as the go-to expert for technical coating and corrosion protection solutions. In this role, you will serve key industries including marine, energy, and infrastructure, ensuring clients receive accurate, sustainable, and standards-compliant support from project inception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients, providing on-site guidance and practical solutions tailored to project needs
- Ensure all coating applications align with product specifications, industry standards, and best practices through regular inspections and oversight
- Produce and distribute detailed technical reports with clear findings and recommendations
- Champion product knowledge by demonstrating value and performance across the coating portfolio
- Strengthen customer relationships through consistent, expert engagement and by representing client feedback internally
- Collaborate with commercial teams to expand service offerings and support long-term business growth
Qualifications
Applicants must have proven experience in technical coating advisory roles, with FROSIO or NACE Level II certification relevant to marine, energy, or infrastructure sectors. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. A valid driving license and readiness for international travel are required. Proficiency in standard computer applications is expected. A background in chemistry or naval architecture is an advantage.
