Responsibilities

  • Help set up projects, schedule resources, develop budgets, and coordinate with accounting and controls teams to meet internal requirements.
  • Support tracking of project scope, timelines, and budgets, including processing change orders, managing invoicing, collections, and preparing monthly progress reports.
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling project activities by maintaining data trackers, updating change and issue logs, and completing assigned support tasks.
  • Create and manage project Team/SharePoint sites as needed, and oversee document control through these platforms.
  • Perform electronic filing on servers while adhering consistently to document management policies and protocols.
  • Generate or verify reports from financial and accounting systems to support project oversight.
  • Support the creation of deliverables through editorial review, formatting, compilation, and final production.
  • Manage multiple tasks across various projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams across the United States and Europe using teleconferencing and videoconferencing tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate conference calls, document action items and meeting notes, and follow up on resolutions within the project team.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure work is planned and executed safely.
