Responsibilities
- Provide support for coordination of new mill and wellfield construction projects
- Help plan and carry out operational readiness and transition-to-construction efforts
- Monitor and manage project deliverables, timelines, and action item tracking
- Assist engineering and construction teams with technical coordination and document control
- Support contractor coordination, progress monitoring, and site reporting tasks
- Aid field execution activities to ensure compliance with project scope and design
- Collaborate with engineers and site leadership to identify and resolve project challenges
- Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, RFIs, and technical documentation
- Support adherence to safety and environmental standards across project operations
- Assist with preparations for commissioning and startup phases
