Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect fabrication processes on-site for contract manufacturing of combustion and recovery systems.
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support for troubleshooting and repairing combustion equipment for clients.
- Assist engineering teams by interpreting local, provincial, and federal regulations relevant to equipment deployment.
- Support certification efforts for vapor equipment distributed in Canada.
- Monitor and accelerate progress of contract manufacturing activities as needed.
- Coordinate and expedite delivery of parts and equipment supplied by the company.
- Act as a liaison with clients and their associated sites for inspections, meetings, visits, and site-specific concerns.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation purposes.
- Ensure timely and policy-compliant completion of all required service records and reports.
- Document detailed summaries of completed work and offer operational recommendations in alignment with company standards.
- Represent the organization at customer and manufacturing facilities as required.
- Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics typical to combustion and recovery equipment.
- Maintain and operate company-issued tools, including vehicles, laptops, phones, safety gear, and handheld devices.
- Complete all mandated safety training and comply with internal and client safety protocols on all worksites.
- Respond to after-hours service requests within the assigned region as part of on-call duties.

- Regular domestic travel within the assigned territory is required.
- Occasional international travel may be available based on qualifications and project needs.
