About the Role

This position provides advanced project controls support for complex projects, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking while collaborating with project teams to deliver timely and reliable data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software tools
  • Monitor project progress and identify deviations from planned timelines
  • Prepare detailed cost forecasts and track actual expenditures against budgets
  • Generate performance reports for project stakeholders and leadership
  • Support change management processes by analyzing scope and cost impacts
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and client-specific reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers to refine planning and execution strategies
  • Identify risks related to schedule delays or cost overruns
  • Maintain project control databases with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist in the development of baseline schedules and budget estimates
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
  • Participate in project reviews and control gate meetings
  • Standardize reporting formats across multiple projects
  • Train team members on project controls methodologies and tools
  • Support integrated schedule and cost performance evaluations
  • Perform earned value management analysis where applicable
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams on budget alignment
  • Document project control procedures and process improvements
  • Ensure data integrity across project management systems
  • Provide input for project governance and decision-making forums
