Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
- Track and evaluate project budget performance, including cost forecasting and analysis of variances.
- Generate performance reports covering earned value, progress updates, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with procurement and contracts staff to align vendor deliverables with project timelines and financial plans.
- Detect potential cost and schedule risks and propose effective risk reduction strategies.
- Assist change management efforts by assessing the impact of changes in scope, time, or cost.
- Gather and coordinate inputs from multiple project teams to ensure unified control processes.
- Engage in project review meetings, audits, and post-project evaluations to identify improvements.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, client specifications, and industry regulations.
Compensation
