Turner & Townsend is looking for a Project Control / Scheduler to ensure the timely delivery of construction projects through meticulous planning and monitoring. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Create detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools, incorporating scope, resources, and timelines.
- Track actual progress versus planned, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare regular schedule reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, site teams, and project managers to align cost and schedule objectives.
- Assess schedule risks, evaluate impacts of changes, and maintain updated schedules accordingly.
- Maintain the Master Project Programme.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in site-based project control and scheduling.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in schedules, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills to analyze delays and develop recovery strategies.
- Proactive and organized; anticipates potential risks and takes initiative.
- Collaborative and communicative; works well with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptable and resilient; comfortable working in dynamic environments.
- High integrity and accountability; maintains transparency in reporting.
