Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset, dedication to quality work, and collaboration with team members while taking responsibility for assigned tasks and delivering practical solutions.
- Act as a professional representative, fostering strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and consulting partners.
- Expand knowledge in structural analysis, building performance, lifecycle evaluation, and cost modeling, and share findings with colleagues.
- Support field activities including building inspections, structural condition assessments, site visits, and technical investigations.
- Contribute to project management efforts and help ensure projects are completed effectively and on schedule.
- Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and other consultants to maintain alignment and efficient workflows.
- Produce technical reports, construction documentation, and project proposals with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Attend client meetings and professional gatherings, upholding high service standards and representing the team positively.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support project and organizational goals.
Benefits
- Base pay range of $65,000 to $80,000, adjusted according to experience level.
- Eligibility for profit-sharing bonuses tied to company and individual performance, raising total compensation to an estimated $70,000–$90,000.
