Position Overview Woolpert is hiring an experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic Architecture team in Orlando, FL. This position reports to the Architectural Team Leader and will be responsible for preparing drawings for permitting and bidding; contributing to multiple project types across the region and across the nation. Project types include theme and entertainment, healthcare, and other public or private market developments. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. #LI-SN1 #LI-Hybrid What You Will Do: As an Architect at Woolpert, you will: - Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion. - Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients on complex, challenging projects. - Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards. What You Will Bring: - A Master’s Degree in Architecture or 5-year Bachelor's in Architecture; and a minimum of 2 years related architectural experience. - Architectural license required, or NCARB certification - LEED accreditation preferred - Strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills. Experience on complex projects a strong asset. - Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects. - Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices. - Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation. - Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) - Strong digital modeling skills and well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
