FQM is seeking a Project Analyst to provide technical support throughout the feasibility, development, and implementation stages of our project portfolio. You will serve as the focal point for communication with technical, regulatory, and strategic areas, ensuring alignment, status updates, risk mitigation, and the fulfillment of established milestones.
What You'll Do
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and strategic materials for internal committees.
- Manage the project portfolio pipeline from feasibility to stock availability.
- Consolidate schedules, indicators, and status reports, supporting critical decisions for senior management.
- Map and monitor risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective actions.
- Track technical demands from Analytical and Galenic Development areas, ensuring coherence between technical requirements and project deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between technical and strategic areas, ensuring clarity in deliverables and alignment of expectations.
- Monitor and document milestones, lessons learned, and project management best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Complete higher education in Pharmacy (preferred), Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in projects, product development, or technical areas.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Nice to Have
- Post-graduate degree or specialization (in progress or completed).
