About the Role

The Accounting Administrator plays a key role in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This position is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, recording payments, preparing journal entries, and contributing to monthly financial reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment and brings strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy. Responsibilities

  • Process and manage vendor invoices efficiently
  • Record incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Enter financial transactions, journal entries, and necessary adjustments
  • Prepare detailed monthly financial statements for clients
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
