Generate invoices for multiple core product divisions
Review project contracts and documentation to produce accurate billing in line with agreed terms
Collaborate with engineering teams to address unique project billing needs
Accurately and promptly issue milestone-based invoices
Submit invoices to client or third-party systems through online portals
Evaluate current processes and suggest practical improvements for efficiency
Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing workflow and reducing processing time
Conduct monthly job cost analysis and reconciliation alongside project managers to support financial reporting
Track outstanding receivables and communicate with clients regarding overdue payments
Support month-end closing procedures and contribute to annual audit preparation
Finalize project accounting tasks upon project completion

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of two years of experience in financial data preparation, processing, and analysis
Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Experience creating and managing milestone-driven invoices
Strong analytical abilities with the confidence to justify conclusions using logical reasoning
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively in a positive tone
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Openness to learning new systems and adapting to evolving processes
High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Demonstrates urgency, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

We typically don’t work more than 45 hours even during close.
