Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the launch of new fulfilment centres, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with strategic business goals.
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency, minimize waste, enhance quality, and increase productivity across fulfilment operations.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to maintain quality and efficiency standards during operational transitions.
- Design and lead change management strategies, including team training and reinforcement of best practices, to support smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Lead or support factory and site acceptance testing for material handling equipment and contribute to warehouse management system evaluation, deployment, and go-live assistance.
- Collaborate with logistics, IT, customer service, and supply chain teams to align fulfilment activities with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and execute initiatives that improve customer experience by optimizing fulfilment for speed, accuracy, and service quality.
