Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, data-driven ABA therapy to help children with autism reach developmental goals in home, school, and community settings.
- Coach and train Behavior Therapists and caregivers through live observation, constructive feedback, and skill modeling to ensure consistent, high-quality treatment delivery.
- Partner with a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, set client goals, and maintain accurate documentation and program materials.

- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes between assignment locations, with paid travel time.
- Smartphone access is required for this role.
- Must pass DOJ/FBI background check, including fingerprinting, and TB screening if applicable.
- Valid in-state driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance are mandatory.
- Availability during weekday afternoons (3–7 PM) is required.
- Full-time applicants must have open availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM.
- Fifty percent of scheduled hours will be dedicated to supervision responsibilities.
