Kyo Autism Therapy is hiring a Program Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Provide play-based, research-supported ABA therapy to help children with autism reach meaningful developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
  • Guide, support, and train Behavior Therapists and caregivers through observation, constructive feedback, and live modeling to ensure consistent treatment delivery and skill growth.
  • Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, set client goals, and produce or update program resources and progress documentation.

Compensation

$30.00/hour for direct therapy; $35.00/hour for supervision duties. $2000 sign-on bonus and relocation support available.

  • Supervision duties are paid at $35.00 per hour.
  • Full-time availability Monday through Friday between 8am and 7pm is required.
  • Fifty percent of assigned hours will be dedicated to supervision responsibilities.
  • San Francisco County Program Supervisors serve areas including Brisbane, Burlingame, Daly City, Millbrae, Pacifica, San Bruno, San Francisco, and locations in between.
  • Candidates may commute up to approximately 45 minutes from their preferred location.
