Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, evidence-supported ABA therapy to help children with autism reach meaningful developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide, train, and support Behavior Therapists and caregivers through observation, modeling, and constructive feedback to ensure consistent, effective treatment delivery.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, set client goals, and produce or update program resources and documentation.

Compensation
$30.00 per hour for direct therapy; $35.00 per hour for supervision duties

- Program Supervisors will spend half of their time on supervision responsibilities.
- Service areas include Brisbane, Burlingame, Daly City, Millbrae, Pacifica, San Bruno, San Francisco, and locations in between.
- Candidates may travel up to approximately 45 minutes from their preferred base location.
- Paid ABA training and professional growth: after completing the Behavior Therapist Academy, staff receive paid hours toward BCBA certification.
- Financial support provided for BCBA-related coursework tuition.
- Assistance with enrollment in a BACB-verified course sequence.
