Kyo Autism Therapy is hiring a Program Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Provide play-based, evidence-supported ABA therapy to help children with autism reach meaningful developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
  • Guide, train, and support Behavior Therapists and caregivers through observation, modeling, and constructive feedback to ensure consistent, effective treatment delivery.
  • Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, set client goals, and produce or update program resources and documentation.

Compensation

$30.00 per hour for direct therapy; $35.00 per hour for supervision duties

  • Program Supervisors will spend half of their time on supervision responsibilities.
  • Service areas include Brisbane, Burlingame, Daly City, Millbrae, Pacifica, San Bruno, San Francisco, and locations in between.
  • Candidates may travel up to approximately 45 minutes from their preferred base location.
  • Paid ABA training and professional growth: after completing the Behavior Therapist Academy, staff receive paid hours toward BCBA certification.
  • Financial support provided for BCBA-related coursework tuition.
  • Assistance with enrollment in a BACB-verified course sequence.
