Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, evidence-supported applied behavior analysis services to help children with autism reach developmental goals in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide and support behavior therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and hands-on modeling to ensure consistent treatment delivery and professional growth.
- Partner with a BCBA to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, establish client goals, and develop or update instructional materials and records.
Compensation
$25.50 per hour for direct therapy; $31.00 per hour for supervision duties. A $2,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

- Service locations include Alhambra, Altadena, Arcadia, Baldwin Park, Beverly Hills, Burbank, Compton, Culver City, El Monte, Glendale, Inglewood, La Cañada Flintridge, La Puente, Los Angeles, Malibu, Monrovia, Monterey Park, North Hollywood, Pasadena, Pomona, Rosemead, San Gabriel, San Marino, Santa Monica, Sierra Madre, Temple City, Torrance, West Covina, and areas in between
