Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, evidence-backed ABA therapy to help children with autism reach meaningful developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
- Guide, train, and support Behavior Therapists and caregivers through observation, constructive feedback, and live modeling to ensure consistent therapy quality and skill advancement.
- Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, set client goals, and produce or update program resources and documentation.

Compensation
Direct therapy: $28.00/hour; Supervision duties: $30.00/hour
