Kyo Autism Therapy is hiring a Program Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Provide play-based, evidence-backed ABA therapy to help children with autism reach meaningful developmental goals in home, school, and community environments.
  • Guide, train, and support behavior therapists and caregivers through observation, constructive feedback, and hands-on modeling to ensure consistent therapy quality and skill growth.
  • Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, set client goals, and develop or update program resources and documentation.

Compensation

Direct therapy: $27.00/hour; Supervision duties: $30.00/hour

  • A $2,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available!
  • Pay Rate for direct therapy: $27.00 per hour
  • Pay Rate for supervision duties: $30.00 per hour
  • Kyo is seeking Full-Time candidates with open availability Monday through Friday from 8am-7pm
  • Program Supervisors will be provided 50% of hours as supervision duties
  • What locations do Denver Program Supervisors work in? Arvada, Aurora, Broomfield, Centennial, Denver, Englewood, Glendale, Littleton, Lone Tree, Parker, Thornton, Wheat Ridge, Westminster, and anywhere in between!
  • Program Supervisors may commute approximately 45 minutes from their preferred location
