Responsibilities
- Provide play-based, data-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to help children with autism reach developmental and behavioral goals in home, school, and community settings.
- Guide, train, and support behavior therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and hands-on modeling to ensure consistent and effective therapy delivery.
- Partner with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and maintain up-to-date client records and instructional materials.

- Full-time availability required, including weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Must be available during weekday afternoons between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
- Valid in-state driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes between assignment locations, with compensated travel time.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, tablet use, and navigating multiple online systems.
- Smartphone access is required for job functions.
- Must successfully complete a DOJ/FBI background check with fingerprinting and a tuberculosis screening if necessary.
- Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching is part of the role.
- Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
- Clear verbal communication and active participation in physical and play-based therapy sessions are essential.
